Accounting / Auditing
Accounting / Audit services form the mainstream of our public accounting practice.
These services may be provided as either compilation, review or audit engagements depending on the level of involvement required by each individual client as well as the requirements of other interested parties such as financial lenders, board of directors or government agencies.
Taxation
Taxation services are a very significant aspect of our practice and encompass personal income taxes, corporation income taxes, goods and services taxes and provincial taxes.
While the compliance with applicable tax legislation is the starting point of our tax services, our firm's objective is to minimize our clients' tax liabilities and maximize our clients' wealth by combining current tax strategies with personal financial, retirement and estate planning.
Business Advisory
Business advisory services is an expanding service area of our practice. We assist clients in the selection, installation and training for computer accounting systems.
In addition, we provide professional advice to clients in developing financial and business plans, cash flow forecasts and other pro-forma financial information. Our partners regularly act as a "sounding board" for owner / managers providing business advice and an experienced second opinion on the decisions required to be successful in today's competitive business environment.
Client Accounting
For clients who need part time or temporary accounting assistance we can customize our services to implement office and accounting solutions.
These services could include transaction processing, government reporting and remittances or other services as required.
Computer
We assist our clients in purchasing computer equipment to meet their needs. We also provide installation and training to implement computer solutions including small business software such as MYOB, QuickBooks, Simply Accounting, Account Edge, Sage 50 and AgExpert Analyst.
As clients' needs grow we can also assist in small network implementation and internet management.
